Taking into account the speed of the voyage of Rhadamanthos and assuming a departure time from Scheria of 21:00 hrs, the Phaeacians would have delivered Odysseus on December 16th in the small, secure harbour of Kypos Beach just an hour before sunrise, at around 06:30 hrs.

And since we have established Cape Lougi isn't part of Odysseus' kingdom, we can now also determine where Telemachos' 'nearest shore' must have been. If we assume the border of Odysseus' kingdom to be somewhere between Rouda and Syvota Bay, the nearest shore of Odysseus' kingdom of Ithaca must have been west of Rouda Bay.
