Antikythera mechanism
No, it isn't. The temples are built in Classical period, 5th and 4th century BCE, after Homer wrote down the Odyssey around 750BCE. They must have known that, the ritme of sun and moon, of Apollo and Artemis, and the 19 year of Odysseus absence, were identical. Which is the cycle of Meton.

The cycle was the most important cycle of all, the cycle of a generation. And it must have been important to the classical era too, to built the two temples on those locations.

In 1902 archeaologist Velerios Stais found a mechanism in a shipwreck near the island of Antikythera. It took a while to figure out where the mechanism was all about, but many years later it is found that at the back of the mechanisme the upper scale is representing the cycle of Meton (235 moons). And the lower scale is representing the cycles of the eclipses. The mechanisme originates from the Hellenistic period (323-31BC).

The Antikythera mechanism is referred to as the first known analogue computer. So, the cycle of Meton and the cycle of the eclipses (Saros) must have been very important to them.
Especially for Odysseus' era since an eclipse appeared on the day of Apollo's feast and ending of Odysseus' cycle the next day on Apollo's Day.
