Forth
... they rose up and put on their armor. Odysseus and his men were four, and there were the six sons of Dolios. Among them, too, Laërtes and Dolios, although advanced in age, also put on armor, forced now to fight.
So, we have three parties moving now:
1-Odysseus and his men, fleeing,
2-The kin of the suitors family, pursuing,
3-The citizens, on their way to the temple.
The pursuers are in sight for Odysseus so, what would Odysseus do, flee or fight?

It looks like they are going to fight, but...
And when they put the shining armor about their flesh, they opened the doors and went forth. Odysseus was in the lead.
...no, they went forth. There is no fight yet. And there is only one way to go, and that is south! Apparantly there is a backdoor to escape the pursuers. And yes, there is a road at the back of Agias Nikolaos Niras where they can escape Dolios' house unseen. There is only one way to go. All parties now are aiming for Capo Dukato!
