We followed the sign to the Monastery of Agios Ioannis Theologos, better known as Rodaki, which took us to the spot of what we hypothesized to be Eumaios' Hill. We walked this part of Odysseus' journey on December 16th, 2016, the same day he would've done, just 3,250 years earlier.

The whole route from Rouda Bay to Rodaki took us 2 hours and 45 minutes, but Odysseus being familiar with the place, younger and fitter would surely have taken a less circuitous route and considerably less time. He left Rouda at about 11:30 hrs, which means we would have arrived at 14:15, so let's say Odysseus arrives at about 13:30 hrs.
