After having found Ithaca and the harbours where Odysseus and Telemachos returned to its shores once more, we've now succeeded in locating the farm of Eumaios.

First we found a less divine explanation for the presence of (Greek) gods, Athena represents wisdom.
We found Odysseus used his wisdom to determine where he was by climbing the mountain.
We found the appearance of Neriton and the 'olive tree' proved Odysseus really was on Ithaca!
We found the waypoints of Odysseus' return fit Homer's description accurately.
We found the climb over the rough path and the crest of the mountain.
We found the rock of Korax.
We found Eumaios' hut, his court, the open space and the view in 'Rodaki'.
We found the fountain of Arethousa in Lake Marandochori.
We found the twelve sties and the place for 360 hogs in the meadow and the shooting range.
We found the sties don't hold fifty sows, but five sows and 45 piglets each.
We even found a fence, closing off the open sides of the sties, partly still there.

All in all, everything so far confirms we have been looking in the right direction, it all fits ancient Ithaca.
